1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The item was damaged during transit.
You received the wrong product.
The item is defective or not as described.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be made through bank transfer or another agreed method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or damaged items not caused by transit.
Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
